Job summary

Y-Axis in Malaysia seeks a Senior System Administrator to manage SAP S/4HANA and GTS within the Asia Pacific region. You will lead MDG data governance, ensure data quality and compliance, and coordinate with consultants and business users.

You will provide first-level functional and technical support, drive change management, testing, and deployments, and partner with process owners to translate requirements into solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and GTS environments.
• Knowledge of Master Data Governance (MDG) data governance and master data management.
• Experience in change management, testing, and deployments.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region.
• Strong data validation and data migration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level functional and technical support for SAP S/4HANA and/or GTS systems, particularly MM and/or EWM modules.
• Act as the Material Master Data Governance Lead and maintain material master data standards and governance processes.
• Support SAP MDG processes, including creation, changes, approval workflows, validation rules, and data replication.
• Perform user administration, access control coordination, and periodic user licence monitoring.
• Analyze incidents and data quality issues, coordinating resolution with internal teams and external SAP consultants.
• Support configuration, testing, deployment, and change management for SAP MM, EWM, and MDG functionalities.
• Collaborate with process owners and data owners to gather requirements and translate into functional specs.
• Prepare system testing, integration testing, and UAT scripts for enhancements and upgrades.
• Support data validation, cleansing, and basic data migration activities.
• Maintain system documentation and governance procedures in line with IT security and compliance.
