Job summary

Westernacher Consulting in Malaysia is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead strategic SAP transformation programs across local and regional engagements. You will drive SAP FICO implementation lifecycle phases, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SAP FICO, S/4HANA experience, FI/CO cross-module integration expertise, excellent English communication, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including implementation, rollout, and support on SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong functional expertise in FI & CO, with proven experience in cross-module integration.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel during key project milestones.
• Understanding of SAP AI and Embedded Analytics within S/4HANA.
• Current SAP certification in FI, CO, or both.
• Visa sponsorship not available; candidates must be Malaysian citizens or hold valid work authorization in SE Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in all phases of the SAP FICO implementation lifecycle.
• Design and implement SAP FICO processes with seamless SAP module integration.
• Configure, optimize, and refine SAP FICO solutions using SAP Activate.
• Collaborate with technical teams on configuration, development, and data migration.
• Serve as trusted advisor guiding customers through transformation initiatives and adoption.
• Travel regionally during critical project phases for collaboration.
