Job summary
北京汉克时代科技有限公司 is seeking a Data Platform Operations Engineer in Malaysia to oversee operation and maintenance support, fault diagnosis and problem handling for the data platform. You will inspect data platform operations, diagnose and repair monitoring issues, and use automated and intelligent methods to solve problems in operation and maintenance.
You will communicate with Global Mobile Data Platform users and address daily operational and data-related problems, ensuring reliable platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- Familiar with Azure big data technology stack.
- Experience in monitoring SQL stored procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the data platform and handle faults.
- Inspect operations and diagnose/repair monitoring issues.
- Use automated and intelligent methods to resolve O&M problems.
- Communicate with Global Mobile Data Platform users to address daily issues.

Job description
You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance support, fault diagnosis and problem handling of the data platform. You will inspect data platform operations, diagnose and repair monitoring issues, and use automated and intelligent methods to solve problems in operation and maintenance. You will also communicate with users of the Global Mobile Data Platform and address issues raised daily, including operational and data-related problems.

Use automated and intelligent methods to solve problems in operation and maintenance of the data platform
Communicate with Global Mobile Data Platform users and address daily issues including operational and data-related problems
Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science or related
Familiar with Azure big data technology stack
Familiar with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, SQL DW/Synapse
Experience in monitoring SQL stored procedures
Proficient in ETL/ELT processes
