Job summary

北京汉克时代科技有限公司 is seeking a Data Platform Operations Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to support and maintain our data platform in a fast-paced environment. You will diagnose faults, handle problems, and ensure smooth operation of data services for users in a global mobile data platform.

The role requires familiarity with Azure big data technologies (Databricks, Data Lake, Synapse) and ETL/ELT processes. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related; Fresh graduates considered.
• Familiar with Azure big data technology stack.
• Familiar with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, SQL DW/Synapse; experience in monitoring SQL stored procedures; proficient in ETL/ELT processes.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the operation and maintenance support, fault diagnosis and problem handling of the data platform.
• Be responsible for the inspection of data platform operations, as well as the diagnosis and repair of monitoring issues.
• Use automated and intelligent methods to solve problems in the operation and maintenance of the data platform.
• Be responsible for users communicating with Global Mobile Data Platform, addressing issues daily including operational and data-related problems.

Job description

• 1. Be responsible for the operation and maintenance support, fault diagnosis and problem handling of the data platform.
• 2. Be responsible for the inspection of data platform operations, as well as the diagnosis and repair of monitoring issues;
• 3. Use automated and intelligent methods to solve problems in the operation and maintenance of the data platform;
• 4. Be responsible for users communicating with Global Mobile Data Platform, addressing the issues raised on a daily basis, including but not limited to operational and data-related problem

Job Requirements

• 1, Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science or related; Fresh graduates are also considering
• 2, Familiar with Azure big data technology stack；
• 3, Familiar with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, SQL DW/Synapse, experience in monitoring SQL stored procedures Proficient in ETL/ELT processes

Work-Life Balance

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
