Job summary

Jihan Electronic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our warehouse administration team in Kulai, Johor. You will enter and update data in our SAP system, perform transactions accurately and within deadlines, and verify records for accuracy.

You will generate reports, assist with data cleanup and audits, and coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve data issues while adhering to company policies and SAP procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP warehouse transactions.
• SPM/SKM or equivalent certification in related industry.
• Ability to meet daily deadlines.
• Basic coordination with warehouse team to resolve data issues.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in SAP system (e.g., master data, purchase orders, invoices)
• Perform SAP transactions accurately and within deadlines
• Verify and validate data before entry to ensure accuracy
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Generate reports from SAP when required
• Assist with data cleanup, corrections, and audits
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve data issues
