Job summary

Teck Guan Group in Tawau, Sabah seeks a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter daily operational data into the SAP system. You will cross-check SAP entries against physical documents and liaise with the production team to clarify data and obtain missing information.

The role requires 1–2 years of data entry or administrative experience, basic education (SPM or Diploma), and strong typing with numerical accuracy.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM qualification or a Diploma in Business Administration or Information Technology.
1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative work.
Hands-on experience using SAP is a strong advantage.
Fast and accurate typing skills, with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Good time-management and multitasking skills.
Able to work well under pressure and meet daily data processing deadlines.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter daily operational data into the SAP system.
Cross-check SAP entries against physical documents to identify, investigate and correct discrepancies or data entry errors.
Liaise with the production team to clarify unclear data and obtain missing information.
Follow company data security and confidentiality policies, as well as SOPs for system access and record updates.
