Job summary

Hanson Building Materials Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support data entry, data checks across systems, and accurate processing of DO in our SAP ERP. The role collaborates with AR Officers and Account Supervisors to maintain financial records.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of accounting or admin experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to SAP is an advantage. Attention to detail and high accuracy are essential; a hands-on approach is valued.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in accounting or administration
• Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

Responsibilities

• Data entry and data checks in all systems
• Credit and cash sales Delivery Order (DO) processing in systems
• DO checks versus Plant Data from Command Series & Q-Weight
• DO uploads into the SAP (ERP) Systems
• Assist AR Officers as and when required
• Assist Account Supervisors in Finance related matters
• Undertake any other specific task/s or responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by Superiors from time to time as may be assigned
