Job summary

Phabritek Sdn. Bhd. seeks a detail‑oriented data entry and maintenance professional to manage daily data input, BOMs, master data, and system transactions.

You will ensure data accuracy, standardization, and timely updates across SAP/MES platforms, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments. Responsibilities include creating SAP work orders, updating information, and generating reports, with emphasis on traceability and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in CS/IM/DM/engineering/business admin or related field.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and data management is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; basic English reading/writing.

Responsibilities

• Daily data entry, uploading, updating, and maintenance of business systems (e.g. SAP, MES).
• Create, update, verify BOMs, material/product information, process routes, and master data.
• Perform SAP work order creation and data updates following procedures.
• Verify data accuracy, identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collect, organize, consolidate, and summarize business data; prepare reports.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, Purchasing, Planning, and others to update data.
• Ensure data standardization and maintain data change logs for traceability.
• Handle other data management, system maintenance, and related tasks as assigned.

Education

Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
