Job summary

北京汉克时代科技有限公司 in Malaysia seeks an SAP functional consultant to configure, customize and implement NA-relevant SAP changes, translating business needs into functional solutions.

The role provides L2/L3 functional support for SAP incidents, performs root-cause analysis, and collaborates with global, regional and local IT teams to ensure stable system operations. Upgrades and post-go-live hypercare are also part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Malaysian local candidate with valid work status in Malaysia.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology or related IT field.
• Hands-on experience in SAP functional configuration & change implementation; experience supporting NA-relevant SAP changes preferred.
• Familiar with SAP change transport and testing workflow.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & verbal).
• Strong requirement analysis and problem-solving skills; good documentation habit; able to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize and implement changes for NA-relevant SAP systems and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specs, perform SIT/UAT, track defects and ensure controlled delivery.
• Provide L2/L3 functional support for NA SAP incidents, perform root-cause analysis and maintain system stability.
• Collaborate with global, regional and local IT teams; communicate requirements, progress and issues in multilingual contexts.
• Maintain configuration docs, operation manuals and knowledge base for NA SAP modules.
• Assist in system upgrades and post-go-live hypercare for NA processes.

Perform end-to-end configuration, customization and change implementation for NA-relevant SAP systems, translating business requirements into reasonable SAP functional solutions. Provide L2/L3 functional support for NA SAP system incidents, perform root-cause analysis, resolve system tickets and maintain system stability. Participate in system upgrade, enhancement activities and support post-go-live hypercare for NA-scope business processes.

Key responsibilities

Perform end-to-end configuration, customization and change implementation for NA-relevant SAP systems, translate business requirements into reasonable SAP functional solutions

Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specification documents, carry out SIT/UAT testing, track defects and ensure change delivery follows change-control process without production risk

Provide L2/L3 functional support for NA SAP system incidents, perform root-cause analysis, resolve system tickets and maintain system stability

Cooperate with global, regional and local business & IT teams; communicate requirements, progress and system issues in multilingual scenarios

Maintain configuration documentation, operation manuals and knowledge base for NA SAP related modules

Participate in system upgrade, enhancement activities and support post-go-live hypercare for NA-scope business processes

About you

Must be Malaysian local candidate with valid local working status in Malaysia

Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or other IT-related disciplines

Hands-on experience in SAP functional configuration & change implementation; proven experience supporting or delivering NA-relevant SAP system configuration changes is preferred

Familiar with SAP change transport and testing workflow

Fluent inEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia (written & verbal), capable of cross-team communication with multilingual stakeholders

Strong requirement analysis and problem-solving skills; good documentation habit; able to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver tasks on schedule

Good teamwork, attention to details, able to work under pressure for system release and incident handling
