Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to drive enhancements, automation, and scalable Salesforce solutions. You will manage configurations, troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize platform value.

The role covers administration, maintenance, process automation, and reporting. You will design Flows, manage integrations with HubSpot/LinkedIn Navigator, build dashboards, govern data, and train users for

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder a plus.
Proven experience in Salesforce administration within a high-growth SaaS, AI, or digital business.
Strong hands-on expertise in Sales and Service Cloud, including Flows, Process Builder, custom objects, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Drive system enhancements, automation, and process improvements that connect business needs to scalable Salesforce solutions.
Manage configurations, troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Design and implement Flows, Process Builder, and automation rules to streamline workflows.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline health, sales performance, and forecasting.
Maintain documentation, conduct training sessions, and drive user adoption.
