Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Salesforce CRM Specialist (Admin & Development) to manage the Salesforce platform, enhance CRM processes, and support Marketing and Recruitment operations. The role focuses on stability, scalability, and data quality while driving automation and user experience improvements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, handle integrations, and contribute to governance and documentation. Strong hands-on Salesforce experience and relevant certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with relevant certifications encouraged.
• 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and/or development experience.
• Experience supporting business users and handling CRM-related requests.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data management in Salesforce.
• Exposure to integrations or connected systems (APIs, automation tools, or third-party platforms).
• Experience in marketing, recruitment, or sales operations workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce administration and operational support with SLA.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex and Flow.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Support campaign execution and CRM processes including lead flow.
• Design and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and connected tools.
• Support release management, UAT coordination, and documentation.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues for stability.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and automation.
• Assist lead management and routing within Salesforce.
• Perform data cleansing and deduplication across Salesforce and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with governance and data security standards.
• Support automation and AI-enabled workflows within Salesforce.
