Job summary

Slade Group in Malaysia is seeking a QA/Test Analyst to join a high-performing technology team delivering enhancements across a complex Salesforce environment. You will plan and execute test activities, validate new functionality and ensure high-quality releases across multiple workstreams.

Working with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners and stakeholders, you will contribute to test planning, test case development, execution, defect management and production readiness within an Agile

Qualifications

• Commercial experience as a QA/Test Analyst within Salesforce environments.
• Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to write clear test cases and defect reports.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• ISTQB certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
• Validate Salesforce configuration, custom development and integrations.
• Execute API and data validation testing where required.
• Record, track and manage defects through to resolution.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure quality throughout delivery.
• Support release activities and post-deployment validation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation.

About the Role
