Job summary

CTOS is seeking a Salesforce Professional to design, customize, and maintain the Salesforce platform supporting business operations and digital transformation. You will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, work with stakeholders and technology teams, and ensure performance, security, and user adoption.

You will develop apps using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs, configure objects, and drive integrations with internal/external systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or CRM system implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or project-based development environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications, customizations, workflows, and integrations.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and recommend system improvements.
• Support integration of Salesforce with internal and external systems through APIs, middleware, and any third-party applications.
• Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Manage Salesforce releases, deployments, and change requests in accordance with established governance processes.
• Must be able to understand and contribute to Technical Design Document (TDD) and development standards.
• Monitor system performance, data integrity, security settings, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on Salesforce platform enhancements, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
