Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Salesforce deployment and enterprise technology projects for enterprise clients in a dynamic, client-facing environment. You will drive end-to-end SDLC, manage multi-stakeholder governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams including BAs, developers, QA, and external vendors.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, RAID control, and capability to lead workshops and executive status reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in IT/telecom/system integration/enterprise technology projects.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies is an advantage.
• Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master/ITIL add value.
• Salesforce implementation experience with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/CPQ/Experience Cloud/CRM transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce delivery initiatives and manage end-to-end SDLC.
• Coordinate customer workshops, steering committees, and executive status meetings.
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Change Requests, Escalations).
• Oversee schedule, critical path, and multi-stakeholder governance.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, QA, and external vendors.
• Prepare executive reports, meeting minutes, and customer communications.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing IT, telecommunications, system integration, or enterprise technology projects

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills

• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor coordination

• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies is an advantage

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or ITIL certifications will be an added advantage

1. Salesforce Project Delivery Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years managing Salesforce implementation projects.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, or CRM transformation programs.

2. End-to-End SDLC Experience

• Strong understanding of Discovery, BRD/BRSDD, Solution Design, Development, SIT, UAT, Training, Deployment, and Hypercare.
• Managed projects valued above RM500k or involving multiple workstreams.
• Experience leading projects with 20+ stakeholders.

4. Customer-Facing Project Management

• Able to lead workshops, walkthroughs, steering committees, and executive status meetings independently.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Experience managing business users, IT teams, vendors, product owners, and senior management.

6. RAID Management

• Strong experience managing Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Change Requests, and Escalations.

7. Schedule & Critical Path Management

• Able to create and manage project plans, identify critical paths, track milestones, and drive recovery plans.
• Experience managing sprint-based delivery while maintaining overall project governance.
• Experience managing Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, QA, and external vendors.
• Able to prepare executive reports, meeting minutes, project status updates, and customer communications.

Preferred Requirements

11. Telco Industry Experience

• Enterprise Sales, Lead-to-Order, Product Catalogue, CRM, CPQ, Order Management, or Telecom operations.

12. Integration Project Experience

• Experience managing API, Middleware, SAP, Billing, Outlook, SSO, or third-party integrations.

13. Salesforce Certifications

• Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, or PMP/PRINCE2 certification.

14. UAT & Change Management Experience

• Experience planning demos, training, UAT execution, defect management, and business sign-offs.
• Ability to manage project scope against SOW, identify out-of-scope requests, and manage change requests

Day-1 Readiness

• RAID and escalation management.

• Steering Committee presentation experience.

• Sprint planning and tracking experience.

• Experience managing BA, Dev, QA, and Architect teams.

• Ability to prepare project status reports independently.

• Experience handling project recovery and schedule slippage.
