Job summary

We are seeking a Mid‑Level Salesforce Developer todeliver scalable Salesforce capabilities that improve business productivity andcustomer outcomes. You will own end‑to‑end implementation of moderately complexfeatures (design → build → test → release), partnering with senior engineersand stakeholders to ship secure, performant solutions across Sales/Serviceprocesses and custom apps.

• Shipproduction features with clear acceptance criteria, stable releases, andstakeholder sign‑off.
• Maintainorg health by meeting test standards (target 85%+ where applicable), minimizingregressions, and resolving defects with root‑cause fixes.
• Implementat least one integration or automation enhancement (API/Flow) with performanceand governor‑limit compliance.
• Contributeto team cadence by providing reliable estimates, participating in code reviews,and improving re‑usable components/patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Designand develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components(LWC), and standard Salesforce configurations.

• Deliverenhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or custom domains (e.g.,case management, lead‑to‑cash, knowledge) with minimal supervision.

Integrations & Data

• Buildand support integrations using REST APIs (auth, error handling, retries),platform events/async patterns where appropriate, and clear monitoring hooks.
• Workwith Salesforce data models, data migration, and data quality checks.
• Supportdeployment and validation of integration flows.

Quality, Testing & Releases

• Writeand maintain Apex tests with meaningful assertions; target robust coverage andregression protection (not just % compliance).
