About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to own the architecture, solution design, and technical direction of Salesforce projects.

You will work closely with stakeholders, translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, guide technical teams, and ensure solutions are successfully delivered from design through deployment.

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design.
• Develop Solution Design Documents, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and practical Salesforce solutions.
• Design solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
• Conduct Salesforce assessments and recommend improvements and solution roadmaps.
• Lead POCs and prototypes to validate proposed solutions.
• Review existing Salesforce solutions and recommend architectural improvements.
• Guide teams on user stories, acceptance criteria, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee Salesforce configuration, development, QA, testing, and deployment.
• Support release management and environment deployments.
• Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, consultants, and technical teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders and act as a trusted technical advisor.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Architect / Application Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.

Strong knowledge of:

• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce configuration and customization
• Salesforce integrations and APIs
• Salesforce security and data architecture
• Strong experience preparing Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Ability to create and explain solution architecture and technical designs.
• Experience conducting technical assessments and recommending architecture improvements.
• Experience with Proofs of Concept (POCs) and prototyping.

4. Mandatory Salesforce Certifications

Both are mandatory:

• Salesforce Architecture Certification

Candidates without the required certifications may not be considered.

5. Stakeholder & Communication Skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to confidently present and justify architectural decisions.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce projects or technical workstreams.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and guide Salesforce professionals.
• Experience managing multiple priorities/projects simultaneously.
• Strong ownership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

7. Language Requirement

• Fluent in English – written and spoken
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu – written and spoken

Good to Have

• Additional Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce release management and deployment processes.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps/CI/CD.
• Experience working across multiple Salesforce projects or enterprise environments.
