Job summary

PRISM+ is a leading electronics brand with a presence in Malaysia. We are hiring a Salesforce Developer to design, build, test, and optimize Salesforce solutions across OMS, Service Cloud, and integrations with data systems.

The role requires strong Apex and LWC skills, experience with SOQL, and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. On-site in Kuala Lumpur with a dynamic growth path.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
• Experience with Service Cloud and OMS or Field Service.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL and Flows.
• Develop backend logic supporting subscriptions, order management and scheduling.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and data warehouse.
• Design and optimize Service Cloud interfaces and workflows for agents.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and automation for analytics.
• TROubleshoot defects and performance issues in Salesforce components.

Repsonsibilities

Salesforce Development & Configuration

• Design, develop, implement, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Develop backend logic supporting subscriptions, order management, and scheduling for application users.
• Build and maintain integrations and data pipelines between Salesforce and the data warehouse.
• Design and optimize Service Cloud interfaces and workflows to deliver an efficient user experience for service agents.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and automation solutions to support business reporting and analytics.
• Develop, test, and maintain Salesforce Order Management System (OMS), Service Cloud, and Field Service components as part of ERP implementation projects.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Salesforce defects, errors, and performance issues.

Technical Documentation & Solutioning

• Prepare technical documentation, system specifications, and process flow diagrams for developed solutions.
• Research and prototype AI-enabled features that can enhance Salesforce capabilities and business processes.
• Support the preparation of technical scope and solution requirements for Statements of Work (SOWs) with external partners.
• Assess incoming business requirements, provide effort estimates, and identify potential technical risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience working with Service Cloud and at least one of Salesforce OMS or Field Service.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations, and ETL/data pipeline concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce development, testing, debugging, and deployment practices.
• Comfortable interpreting and working from written technical and business specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Good documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
