Job summary

Premier Calibration in Shah Alam invites applications for a Sales Support Coordinator role. You will support the sales team with administrative tasks, prepare quotations, manage customer data, and coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.

We seek candidates with a Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, at least 1 year in sales support, proficient in MS Office, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a sales support or coordination role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and operations.
• Prepare sales quotations, Do and Invoice.
• Manage and update customer databases and sales records in Autocount.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings and follow-up on sales inquiries.
• Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Finance/Accounts Department.
• Liaise with the Technical Department to communicate customer requirements and resolve technical queries.
• Coordinate laboratory and on-site calibration schedules with the Technical Team.
• Monitor calibration progress and ensure services are completed within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with customers, logistics, and technical teams regarding delivery schedules and potential delays.
• Prepare sales reports
