Job summary

City-Link Express (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a sales/marketing professional in Malaysia to support customers, monitor deliveries, and handle inquiries. Fresh graduates are welcome, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin an advantage. The role may involve travel and requires MS Office proficiency.

The successful candidate will join a logistics team focused on providing express solutions and delivering excellent service to customers across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of sales/marketing/business development experience with a proven track record.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
• Possess own transport with D license and willing to travel for sales.
• Self-starter, independent and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Run PSI and monitor the delivery status for all major customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries/complaints.
• Monitor all Pre-Alert shipments from customers.
• Ensure all new customers’ details are updated in the Pickup system.
• Handle all flyer requisitions from customers.
• Assist customers on OSC system.
• Answer queries from customers regarding rates/quotations.
• Tele-marketing.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
