• Review brokers' commission payments and manage related processes.
• Maximize sales productivity through review and optimization of business processes.
• Oversee office transactions tracking (listings, sales/leases, expenses, reimbursements).
• Interact with clients on property tours and address inquiries and issues.
• Consult with sales professionals and provide marketing practice recommendations.
• Coordinate property marketing campaigns and related materials.
