Job summary

Schneider Electric Industries (M) Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Services Sales Intern to assist the Services Sales team with quotations, contract renewals, and maintaining customer records. You will learn to use internal systems to support quotation management, data analysis, and sales administration.

You will work under experienced Sales Representatives and managers, gaining exposure to Schneider Electric's services business and processes while contributing to campaigns and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer quotations.
• Support contract renewal tracking and follow-up activities.
• Maintain and update sales data, customer records, and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for quotations and requests.
• Assist with sales campaigns, lead management, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor quotation status and ensure timely submission to customers.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sales documentation.
• Data entry and accuracy of sales and customer information in internal systems.
• Support the sales team with ad hoc operational tasks as assigned.
