Job summary

Radius in Kuala Lumpur is seeking full-time interns to join our sales operations team. You will assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, prepare quotations, and maintain CRM records to support timely order processing.

You will gain hands-on experience in data entry, reporting, and cross-functional coordination while working with a dynamic, young team in a fast-growing global business. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected, and English language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using main computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related reports.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Support the processing and tracking of customer orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Assist in generating sales reports and performance dashboards.
• Follow up with customers regarding documentation, orders, and inquiries.
• Support data entry, filing, and record management activities.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.
