Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking a motivated Sales Support Executive to back the Regional Sales Manager and grow customer relationships in the chemical sector. This role suits fresh graduates or those aiming to build a career in technical sales, customer management, and market research, with exposure to cross-functional teamwork.

You will gain hands-on experience in market research, client management and sales operations, including CRM upkeep and product matching across teams.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates welcome; degree in science, engineering, business or marketing.
Experience in chemical sales or marketing is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-team collaboration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Support sales forecasting, new customer registration and sample requests.
Help match products to customer specifications and requirements.
Respond to customer enquiries and support sales team in building relationships.
Research market trends, customer feedback and competitor information.
Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines and customer visit reports; coordinate with internal teams.
