Job summary

UMSH in Malaysia invites applications for a Sales Support Engineer responsible for promoting products, conducting product training and supporting both indoor and outdoor sales with technical expertise.

You should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, have 0–2 years experience (fresh graduates welcome), be self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, and be willing to travel and visit sites; own transport is required. Additional duties and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 years working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel and do site visitation.
• Result oriented, self motivated, resourceful, pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in product promotion, product training, and product development.
• Provide technical & sales support for indoor and outdoor sales.
• Conduct action plan, execution, and reporting.
• Handle customer complaint and resolve problem.
• Assist the division head as and when need arises.
• Any other duties as assigned to you from time to time.
