Sika is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional in Kuala Lumpur to coordinate quotations, orders, and documentation for KPM projects. This role requires accurate data handling and responsive communication with customers and internal teams.

You will prepare quotations via Salesforce, track status, assist with customer accounts, and manage project documentation. Strong Excel and Salesforce skills, plus organizational and collaborative abilities, are essential for success.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a sales office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce for quotation and sales order tracking.
• Good organizational skills with ability to priorities and work independently with little supervision.
• Strong inter-personal skills with colleagues at all levels.
• Team player within the Business Units and among other Business Units.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue quotations based on information provided by Sales – via Salesforce with respective Project & Opportunities.
• Follow up on quotation status and maintain quotation records.
• Follow up on order status on project basis and coordinate with CSD for customer orders and documentation.
• Record and monitor delivery schedules for projects including products, rates, quantities and delivery timelines.
• Support customers’ inquiries pertaining to stock availability and deliveries.
• Liaise with CSD/warehouse for order delivery and customer own collection.
