Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfortable working with online systems for reporting and data management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work systematically.

Responsibilities

• Verify and review all documents submitted by the Sales team before case submission
• Ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, and comply with vendor and agency requirements
• Flag missing or incorrect information to the Sales team promptly for correction
• Submit verified cases into internal systems and external agency portals
• Ensure customer information, product packages, and supporting remarks are entered correctly
• Monitor submission status and ensure cases are submitted within required timelines
• Maintain a high level of accuracy across all case submissions and system entries
• Perform double-checking procedures to minimize data entry errors
• Work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure information is transferred accurately
• Maintain organized records of submitted cases and supporting documents
