Responsibilities

• Assist sales team to manage phone calls, WhatsApp and online communication channels.
• Provide administrative support to sales team efficiently and independently.
• Negotiate professionally and handle customer objections effectively.
• Follow up actively with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing and sales proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales progress.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
