Job summary

UNIQUE ARENA SDN BHD is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator / Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales team in Puchong Jaya, Selangor. You will be the pivotal link between our sales force and clients, supporting the entire sales cycle from inquiry to contract closure.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a related role, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; English fluency is essential, with Mandarin or Malay being a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales coordinator, pre-sales or similar client-facing role in ELV.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients at all levels.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin or Malay is advantageous.
• Experience in ELV, construction, M&E, ICT or system integration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard quotations based on information from the sales or pre-sales team.
• Assist in entering product descriptions, quantities, unit prices, payment terms, validity periods and delivery periods.
• Compiling tender forms, company documents, catalogues and technical submissions
• Requesting and following up on quotations from suppliers
• Comparing supplier prices, delivery periods and commercial terms
• Updating tender and quotation status
• Coordinating with sales, pre-sales engineers, suppliers and management
• Checking submission deadlines and ensuring documents are completed on time
• Maintaining quotation, tender and supplier records
