Job summary

EWANTA (M) SDN BHD is seeking a capable retail team lead to manage and motivate our sales promoters across Malaysia. You will drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets, oversee performance, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and support merchandising and stock control.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Sales-driven with excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays; able to work outstations in all Malaysia states.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).

About you
