Job summary

Itsu World Malaysia in Ipoh is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the outlet sales team, deliver great customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, manage stock, prepare sales reports, and support promotions while upholding SOPs and visual standards.

This role requires at least 1 year of retail sales experience and supervisory exposure; weekend/public holiday work is required, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Coach Sales Assistants on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
• Monitor sales performance, demos, trials, and conversion rates.
• Ensure excellent customer service and product demonstrations.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
• Monitor stock levels, stock transfers, and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Support and execute promotions, roadshows, and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
• Work closely with the Area Manager to improve outlet performance and achieve business goals.
