Job summary

Sin Ma Air-Con & Electrical in Johor Bahru is seeking a capable sales supervisor to manage daily outlet operations, lead and train staff, and ensure adherence to SOP and sales direction.

The role involves planning rosters, achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, monitoring stock, supporting marketing activities, and reporting to management.

You should be proactive, able to work independently, and willing to travel to other branches when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Previous experience in retail, outlet operations or a supervisory role is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel or support other branches when required.

• Maintain good communication between staff and management.
• Support branch rotation when required.

8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
