Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated individual to join our frontline sales team for an AI-powered mattress solution. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and demonstrate product features to drive sales in a friendly, professional environment.

You will handle transactions, keep the sales floor organized, and support social media content creation. Fluency in English and Malay is required, knowledge of Chinese is a bonus, and weekend/public holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
• Able to communicate in English and Malay; ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and disciplined with a positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales and customer service.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and recommending suitable AI-powered mattress solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers, assisting them with product inquiries, locating items, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting product features and benefits.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by arranging products, restocking shelves, and implementing merchandising strategies.
• Contribute to social media marketing efforts by capturing engaging content of products and customer experiences, and assisting with posting on relevant platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets, ensure smooth store operations, and provide a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
