ITSU WORLD Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a small team and drive sales across multiple outlets. You will coach staff, engage customers, and close sales while ensuring service standards and order fulfilment are met across locations.

The role emphasizes daily sales performance, customer interactions, and collaboration with other departments to deliver a seamless experience. Experience in retail sales and leadership are valued attributes.

Your Role

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading your team and driving your outlet’s sales performance.

Lead and monitor the daily performance of a team of 2–4 sales staff

Coach and motivate team members on sales techniques and product knowledge

Lead by example by engaging customers and closing sales

Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement

Handle customer enquiries, feedback and concerns professionally

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales standards and procedures

Work with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer experience

Who We're Looking For

1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, outlet or consumer products

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong communication, customer engagement and negotiation skills

Target-driven, proactive and results-oriented

Good leadership and team management skills

Able to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Diploma or equivalent qualification is an added advantage

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
