Job summary

Cotra Enterprises Sdn. Bhd. in Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and coordinate our sales activities while ensuring excellent customer service and achievement of targets.

You will monitor sales performance, identify improvement areas, and liaise with customers to understand their needs. Regular performance reports will be provided to management. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in modern and lower trade, strong communication, and own car; we offer growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in modern and lower trade.
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
• Independent, results-oriented and strong team player.
• Possess own car.

About the role

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales activities and ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our sales targets.
