About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our team in Alor Setar, Kedah. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving sales performance and ensuring customer satisfaction across our retail property developments. As Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, and coordinating with professional consultants. This role is integral to our business growth strategy and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our commercial success.

What you'll be doing

Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition

Manage customer relationships and handle escalated customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolution-focused approach

Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth

Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers and investors

Report on sales performance, market trends, and recommendations for business improvement

What we're looking for

At least diploma graduate

Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably within property development, real estate, or retail sectors

Strong team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset
