Job summary

PHHP Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia invites a full-time Sales and Service Assistant to be based at PHHP HQ in Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram. You will deliver customer service, process orders, manage stock, and support sales objectives.

Key duties include handling inquiries, promoting products, updating the MLM system, maintaining inventory, and assisting in marketing activities. The role requires a certificate or at least 1 year of experience and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum certificate or at least 1 year working experience.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in line with SSMD direction and objectives.
• Process orders, receive payment and generate cash bills.
• Receive, check, store and issue stock in the branch.
• Maintain and execute planned stock takes and inventory.
• Promote company products and services to achieve sales target objectives.
• Handle and attend enquiries, feedbacks and complaints from walk-in or call-in distributors/customers professionally.
• Ensure accurate and updated information on MLM system and accuracy of branch operational reports.
• File and maintain all office paperwork, office equipment and supplies.
• Provide support and coordination in marketing activities and events.
• Perform ad-hoc and general admin duties as assigned.
• Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.
