Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking energetic staff in Kuala Lumpur to support customer service and store operations. This role offers training provided to help you understand product information, promotions, and inventory processes. You will learn to assist customers, display products effectively, and handle payments accurately.

The position focuses on delivering a great customer experience while supporting stock control and daily pharmacy tasks across our growing network of outlets.

Qualifications

• Attend to customers, provide product information and advice.
• Ensure correct product display and inventory practices (FEFO/FIFO).
• Receive deliveries and assist in stock control.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with care.

Responsibilities

• Attach price tags and manage promotions display.
• Process cash and card payments and balance cash register.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with pharmacy staff.
