Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a sales-oriented professional to drive PF product sales and achieve individual targets within a dynamic retail banking environment. You will prepare sales plans, leverage internal marketing, and engage in cross-selling of banking products to meet group targets.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, compliance with bank policies, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting while connecting with the local community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma (min CGPA 2.8) required.
• 1-2 years experience in sales and management.
• Highly motivated with a winning attitude and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable engaging people and taking personal responsibility for delivering results.

Job description

Ensure that the physical sales centre or sales hub is well maintained in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or Diploma - Any field (min CGPA 2.8).

Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales and management.

Highly motivated, winning attitude, success driven, self-initiated and able to work with minimal supervision

Comfortable with engaging people, prefers doing sales and take personal responsibility on delivering results

Strong selling and negotiation skills

Strong interpersonal skills and service oriented

Demonstrate initiative, perseverance and passion in delivering results within fast paced and highly demanding environment

Ability to relate and connect to local community

Good written and verbal communication skills (local knowledge and dialect is a plus)

Basic understanding of sales operation & banking products

Basic computer skills
