Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales/Portfolio Specialist to manage the haematology portfolio and lead workshops in national labs and hospitals. You will execute sales and marketing plans, promote clinical data to lab managers and clinicians, and develop lasting partnerships with key opinion leaders and laboratory leadership.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in IVD, experience with coagulation/haematology, and willingness to travel nationwide.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, or related life sciences field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in IVD, preferably coagulation/haematology.
- Experience handling government tenders is an advantage.
- Proactive and self-learning attitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage the haematology portfolio.
- Organize workshops, CMEs, and scientific talks.
- Execute sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
- Promote clinical benefit and technical performance data to laboratory personnel and decision-makers.
- Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Principals to build partnerships.
- Collaborate with engineers and application specialists for project implementation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, or related life sciences field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, or related life sciences field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in IVD, preferably in coagulation/haematology.
- Experience handling government tenders is an advantage.
- Experience with automated coagulation platforms preferred.
- Proactive and Self-learning attitude
- Candidates with no sales experience but have the emotional competencies stated are invited to explore career opportunities with us.
- Willing to travel nationwide as required (government hospitals, state tenders, private lab chains).
- Preferably have their own cars and a valid driving license.
- Manage the haematology portfolio
- Organize workshops, CMEs, and scientific talks.
- To execute sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve the agencies’ sales targets
- To effectively communicate and promote the clinical benefit and technical performance data of our diagnostics solutions to laboratory managers, scientific officers, HODs, clinical consultants, clinicians, and Key Opinion Leaders to develop/grow existing accounts and acquire new accounts
- To develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Principals so as to achieve trusting, long-lasting partnerships
- To work closely with technical team of engineers and application specialists to ensure successful implementation of projects and laboratory solutions at customer sites
