Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for the Life Science & Analytical division to promote analytical instruments and laboratory solutions to clients within the assigned territory. You will build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities while achieving sales targets and supporting company growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field, plus 1–3 years of sales experience in life science equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in life science & analytical instruments or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory or market segment.
• Promote and sell analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, or related solutions to clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical support in collaboration with application specialists.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to division performance.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer updates to management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.

Technical Sales Representative (Life Science & Analytical)

The Sales Executive for the Life Science & Analytical Division is responsible for promoting and selling analytical products and solutions to customers within the assigned territory or industry. This role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while supporting the company's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory or market segment.
• Promote and sell analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, or related solutions to clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and solution guidance to customers in collaboration with application specialists.

Job requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry or related field.
