Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a biology-focused professional to lead the haematology/IVD portfolio and drive sales through workshops, scientific talks, and collaborative engagements with laboratory managers and clinical stakeholders.

The role involves executing sales strategies, promoting technical data, and building long-lasting partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders across government hospitals and private labs, with nationwide travel expected.

Qualifications

1–2 years’ experience in IVD, preferably in coagulation/haematology.
Experience handling government tenders is an advantage.
Experience with automated coagulation platforms preferred.
Proactive and Self-learning attitude
Candidates with no sales experience but have the emotional competencies stated are invited to explore career opportunities with us.

Responsibilities

Product & Portfolio Management: Manage the haematology portfolio.
Organize workshops, CMEs, and scientific talks.
To execute sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve the agencies’ sales targets.
To effectively communicate and promote the clinical benefit and technical performance data of our diagnostics solutions to laboratory managers, scientific officers, HODs, clinical consultants, clinicians, and Key Opinion Leaders to develop/grow existing accounts and acquire new accounts.
To develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Principals so as to achieve trusting, long-lasting partnerships.
To work closely with technical team of engineers and application specialists to ensure successful implementation of projects and laboratory solutions at customer sites.
