Job summary

Belco Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive sales professional in Malaysia to drive outdoor sales, identify leads, and build strong customer relationships. You will provide consultative, profitable solutions and handle inquiries efficiently.

The role targets achieving sales results with SI partners, and offers opportunities for performance-based rewards and growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Electrical & Electronics, or related field.
• Experience in selling CCTV, IT systems, access control, alarm systems, or keyphones is preferred.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English required; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform outdoor sales and marketing activities and identify potential leads.
• Meet customers and build good rapport to close sales.
• Provide customers with effective and profitable solution consultations.
• Handle all incoming sales enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing collections, and maintaining relationships with SI.
