Job summary

Belco Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive field sales professional in Malaysia to drive outdoor sales, identify leads, and build strong customer relationships. You will provide consultative solutions for CCTV, IT systems, access control, and related security products.

The role emphasizes meeting targets, handling enquiries professionally, and maintaining ties with security integrators, with a focus on growth and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Electrical & Electronics or related field.
• Sales experience in CCTV, IT systems, access control, alarm systems, or keyphones is preferred.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform outdoor Sales and Marketing activities and identify potential leads to convert into successful sales.
• Meeting customer and build a good rapport with customer.
• Provide customers with effective and profitable solution consultations.
• Handle all incoming sales enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing collections, and maintaining strong relationships with Security System Integrators (SI).
