Job summary

Motionlab Production Sdn. Bhd. in Damansara, Selangor, is seeking a dynamic Sales/BD professional to grow our client base in the creative, advertising, media or production sector.

You will develop relationships, identify opportunities, and coordinate with our creative and production teams to deliver tailored solutions. We value strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, plus the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account servicing, or a related field.
• Experience in the creative, advertising, media, or production industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident in communicating with clients and building strong professional relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate new leads.
• Handle client enquiries, proposals, quotations, and follow-up activities.
• Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable creative and production solutions.
• Coordinate closely with the creative and production teams to ensure projects meet client requirements and expectations.
• Manage client accounts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
