Job summary

Pyramid Converters (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Sales and Marketing professional in Malaysia to develop and implement growth strategies. You will identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and present products to clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and bilingual capabilities in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related position.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and marketing activities.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly and annual KPIs.
