Job summary

Senheng in Penang is seeking a motivated retail professional with SPM/SKM qualification to join our sales and services team. The role involves greeting customers, recommending and locating products, and explaining usage and care while delivering engaging TikTok Live content.

Applicants should be self‑driven with a passion for sales, willing to learn, and able to work weekends. Prior livestreaming experience is a plus, and permanent employment is offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Recommend and locate products based on customer needs.
• Describe merchandise, explain use and care to customers.
• Demonstrate product operation and quality.
• Assist customers to try on items and ensure condition before purchase.
• Provide information on warranties and delivery options.
• Educate customers about product benefits and features.
• Involved in TikTok Live sessions and create short videos for the outlet.
