Job summary

Senheng Malaysia is seeking a front-line sales associate for our Penang outlet. You will greet customers, ascertain needs, and help them find products that fit their preferences, explaining features and care guidance to ensure satisfaction.

You will participate in daily TikTok Live sessions and create short product videos, bring a positive attitude, learn quickly, and stay motivated in a target-driven retail environment. Weekend shifts are required, and this position is permanent.

Qualifications

• Must have SPM/SKM certificate and above.
• Experience in social media livestreaming and able to produce short videos.
• Self-motivated, target driven and passionate in the sales & services industry.
• Willing to learn and grow in the retail industry.
• SPM leavers welcome to apply.
• Must be able to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
• Permanent employment only.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain product based on customer needs.
• Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of product to customers.
• Demonstrate use or operation of product.
• Help customers try on to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase.
• Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product and delivery options.
• Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company’s products.
• Involved in performing daily or weekly TikTok Live sessions and creating short videos for the outlet’s TikTok account.
