Job summary

Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Retail Sales Associate to assist customers with printer and projector solutions. You will explain features, answer questions and help customers choose the best products.

In this role, you will meet sales targets, maintain attractive displays, stay updated on promotions, and provide exceptional service while ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in electronics or technology products.
• Strong knowledge of printer and projector products, or ability to learn technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide expert product information about printer and projector solutions, highlighting features, benefits and technical specifications.
• Identify walk-in customer needs and recommend appropriate products that best suit their requirements.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement.
• Maintain an attractive and organised retail display area, ensuring products are well-presented and stock levels are monitored.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer enquiries and concerns.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions and company policies.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in electronics or technology products
• Strong knowledge of printer and projector products, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn technical specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• A passion for sales with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Ability to working, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry promotional materials or products
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are advantageous
