Demonstrate smartphone features and specifications to customers, highlighting key benefits and functionality

Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations tailored to individual customer needs and preferences

Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their requirements

Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques

Maintain an attractive and organised product display area, ensuring all promotional materials are current and visible

Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Stay informed about new products, promotions and competitor offerings to provide current market insights

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary

What we're looking for

Previous experience in retail sales, product promotion or customer service roles

Strong knowledge of smartphone technology, brands and current market trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer groups

A natural sales ability with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
