• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks.

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to join the team at Absolute Protech Sports in Parkson - Pavillion Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. This is a part-time position that offers the perfect opportunity to develop your retail and sales skills while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, promoting our products, and driving sales through excellent service and product knowledge. This role is pivotal in creating memorable customer experiences and achieving our sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing assistance in finding the right products for their needs
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products stocked, including specifications, pricing, and promotional offers
• Actively engage with customers to identify their requirements and recommend suitable products
• Maintain the retail space in a clean, organized and visually appealing manner
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management / Perform monthly inventory checks
• Reporting daily sales after counter closing
• Report on sales performance and customer feedback to management
• Ensure precise pricing and proper presentation of all merchandise

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a consumer products or sports-related environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer bases
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn quickly about new products and services
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work part-time hours as scheduled, including potential weekend or peak-time shifts
• Enthusiasm for sports or consumer products is highly desirable
• Reliable and punctual with a professional approach to work
